You can track your order here. Please note, after your order has been processed for shipping, your tracking information may take up to 72 hours before being updated in our shipping carrier's systems.
I entered the wrong address for delivery, what do I do?
Address changes may not be available once your order has been shipped. Please email us at email@example.com and provide your order number, the first and last name on the order, and the email address that you provided us when you purchased and we will try our best to accommodate any requests as much as possible.
Please note, if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
Can I cancel my order after I've purchased it on the website?
Cancellations may not be available once your order has been shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, the first and last name on the order, and the email address that you provided us when you purchased and we will try our best to accommodate any requests as much as possible. If you order can be cancelled, we will refund you the full amount paid. Please wait 3-5 business days before the refund reflects in your bank statements.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Unfortunate circumstances can happen, and if this happens to you, we deeply apologize. We will resolve this issue by firstly assessing the location of the package from its tracking number. From there we can issue you a refund, or we can gladly send you a new order with expedited shipping at no extra cost. If you have further questions please reach out to us.
What if the item I ordered arrives damaged?
We want our customers to have a great experience when using our products, if you discover a flaw or defect in our products please contact us immediately. For defective products, we ask that you please send us an email with a photo of the product. For products that were wrongly shipped, we will arrange the shipment and delivery of the correct product, or we can issue a full refund for the product you ordered.
Can I return or refund an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable and items being returned must be in the same condition that they arrived in.
