General

After receiving your package, please inspect your products to determine that everything is in order. If there is an issue with your products (defective or missing pieces, etc.) or you have received the wrong product, please contact us by email immediately at support@stayfitindoors.ca. 

For defective products, we ask that you please send us an email with a photo of the defect of the products. For products that were wrongly shipped, we will arrange the shipment and delivery of the correct products at no extra cost, or we can issue you a full refund for the order. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable and items being returned must be in the same condition that they arrived in.

To initiate your return please email us at support@stayfitindoors.ca.

Returns will not be accepted under the following scenarios:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Products that are not in their original condition and packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you do wish to return a product that is valued over $50, we recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund for any product purchased, please send us an email with a photo of the products, a detailed description of the issue as well your first and last name and your order number. Our support team will get back to you within 1 business day and return instructions will be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund status.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The funds will reflect in your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
