COVID-19 Update

Due to the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, certain orders may be delayed. If your order is affected, we will work with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your Stay Fit Indoors experience. We are doing our best to deliver your orders in a timely manner. If you haven't received your package more than 30 days after you placed your order, please contact us at support@stayfitindoors.ca and we will help locate your order.

As good practice, we also ask that you disinfect your products before using them to avoid any possible transmission.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note, after your order has been processed for shipping, your tracking information may take up to 72 hours before being updated in our shipping carrier's systems. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us.

Our orders are processed and shipped directly from our international warehouses. Our team takes pride in doing everything possible to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two steps:

  1. Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after being received. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which can take up to an additional 72 hours.

  2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. Please consult the expected shipping times above. 

    Unexpected delays: In some cases your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if you are experiencing a delay with your order and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the situation.

Cancellations and Changes

Address changes and cancellations may not be available once your order has been shipped. Please email us at support@stayfitindoors.ca and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased and we will try our best to accommodate any requests as much as possible.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you check your local customs website for more information.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the products will be returned to us at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of products paid. The cost of the initial and return shipping will not be refunded.

Packages Lost in Transit 

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs for an extended period of time, sent back or lost during the delivery process, we sincerely apologize. If one of these unfortunate situations happen to you, do not worry, we've got you covered! We will begin by attempting to locate your package, once your package has been labelled as lost in transit, we will send you a new package as soon as possible. We will also provide you with the new tracking number for you to accurately track your new package.
