Works as described. Appears to be of excellent quality. Users guide is weak but lots on YouTube on how to use so not an issue.

Due to COVID, the shipping was delayed which was understandable. The product however is impeccable. The material is sturdy and the accessories the resistance bands come with make it easier to vary the exercises to perform during workouts! I appreciate the pouch it comes with. I would recommend buying a second set of handles to facilitate the switch of resistance for certain exercises :) Overall, 5/5 and service received was very friendly!! Thank you!

For the most part the bands are a good training tool to workout with at home. They are a great option for avoiding going to a gym. However, the only thing I dislike is the size of the exercise descriptions. Bigger pictures with a more detailed description of the of the correct technique would be helpful. As is, I find myself guessing as to what I should be doing with the bands.

All the bands fit well on the handle rings so I can use all of them at once!

I literally carry them around in my backpack all day and I never notice they are there because they are so light. They are lightweight, but highly effective. I worked out in the park during my lunch break and I was really feeling it. These are awesome for people who are on the go like myself.

Bands are thick and have a good resistance to them. I really feel the difference between each band which is good. I bought bands from Wish and they were the absolute worst, I'm glad I bought these ones.

The bands are super effective. I actually feel the resistance in them, they don't feel flimsy in the slightest. They are definitely going to last me a good while.

I like to use these in addition to the workouts I do with free weights. They're really nice to have because I travel a lot for work and I can stay in shape on the road without having to carry my other gym stuff.

Great alternative to the gym. NZ went back on lockdown so the gym is closed, these are helping stay fit for the time being.
